Slump

Insight born from prejudice.

“I’m doing my best, but I’m not getting results” Therefore, You feel that I am in a slump.
And we repeat mindfulness of “falling into a slump” and fall into a negative chain.

Solution: Know yourself. Find out what your enemies are.

  

Anxiety

Fear of the near future. Fear does not arise in the past self.

Cause?
The insight in your mind is immature. The Demon King of Terror is not waiting in the near future. Now your own mind is creating that fear.

Sadness

Sadness does not only arise from parting with a loved one or pet, but also from failures, setbacks, and the gap between ideals and reality.
However, even a scene from a TV or movie that is a fictional scenario can make us feel sad and bring us to tears.

Emotions of facing reality, emotions of being swayed by a fictional world. The result is the same: feelings of sadness, tears, etc., but in the latter case, the sadness disappears when the scene enters the next scene, and the character is laughing or angry. However, in real life, sadness will not disappear in such a short time.

Cause; Attachments

Solution: Why are you so attached? Write it all in your notebook. Then, do whatever you can to keep yourself focused. You can clean in the room or do laundry, but please refrain from eating or drinking.
