Before practicing meditation, I recommend making some preparations.
For example, when you go on vacation at the beach, don’t you prepare everything before you go? Even before your trip, you may be busy making various preparations such as budget, access, schedule, spots of interest, local information, etc. However, if you are able to complete your itinerary without any problems with these preparations, you will feel a sense of accomplishment within yourself.
Just like that, you need to be prepared when practicing meditation.
